I have three amazing children and two grand babies. I've been married to my soulmate for over 25 years. Before that, money was tight raising twins as a single mother so I started out making my own baby food to help make ends meet.

I come from a long line of canners and realized over the years that I simply love doing it too. I've been canning for my own family and friends for nearly 4 decades but Flippin Good Canning emerged after years of my kids pushing to get it out into the community.

Seeing the joy people have from my products truly feeds my soul!
